Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is a well-known American actor. In 1983, following her film debut Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat pack consisting of actors. She appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) and WarGames. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 as the most outstanding female lead. It was because of her performance as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. She began her career in film at the beginning of the 1980s when she appeared in the film based on a crime drama Bad Boys, for which she was rewarded with a great deal of applause. Rick Rosenthal's film also starred Sean Penn and Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film she later appeared in the comedy-drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of best films aimed at high schools. Although the film's budget was only $1 million, it made more than $50 million in profits. She also began appearing in a variety of TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. The show targeted teenagers that began to air in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other TV shows the actress appeared on. In Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. She also appears as a character in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film in which her role is only a short cameo. Sheedy has been recognized for her extraordinary performance, has won numerous awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' Gold Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
